Steps:
1. Copy “Cert_SPCS.cab” on your phone & install (run). Download:Link-1, Link-2, Link-3
2. Copy “EnableRapi.cab” on your phone & install (run). Download:
Link-1, Link-2, Link-3
3. Establish an Activesync connection with your phone.
4. Unzip the zip file & Run “Unlock_Touch.exe” on your PC. Download:
Link-1, Link-2, Link-3
5. File 'unlock_code.txt' thus generated will have your unlock code( Eight-digit number).Ignore any other digits if generated.

Good sharing..It will be very useful for those who need to unlock their phone.I would like to share my unlock experience.I was reluctant in using the unlock software available because if we did not use it properly then chances are there that the device may get bricked and unusable.Instead I used the unlock code from Onlinegsmunlock.com and removed the network lock permanently in my HTC Touch mobile.
