How to update Samsung Nexus s mobile to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3 GSM mobiles

Samsung mobile Nexus s Now can be updated to ICS 4.0.3 form Nexus s without waiting for an OTA update.

It is a good trick for all android user. OTA packeges can be downloaded and installed in root directry packages for Updating samsumg android ICS version form updating to GSM/UTMS.

And also listen that for user .This upgrade con be done only if samsung mobile is running with and official gingerbread Os. So if u want ICS Os. but with out downloading through OTA.ya OTA is required.

How To Root Any Mobile??

Just download the Attached file, extract it using winzip/winrar

go to the folder where its extracted and execute "RUNME.bat"

read and follow the instructions

This script will:

(1) Root ur device using zergRush exploit

(2) Install Busybox (1.18.4)

(3) Install SU files (3.0.5)

ButBefore u begin:

(1) Make sure u have installed adb drivers for ur device

(2) Enable "USB DEBUGGING"

from (Menu\Settings\Applications\Development)

(3) Enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES"

from (Menu\Settings\Applications)

(4) [OPTIONAL] increase screen timeout to 10 minutes

(5) Connect USB cable to PHONE and then connect to PC
